I’m going to introduce you to one of my “secret fitness hacks” that you can do everyday. 😉
Is it really a secret? Probably not! 😅
As you guys know, a lot of people in life have jobs that requires them to sit around in front of a computer for at least 8-10 hours everyday which is ridiculous.
Especially people like ourselves who work online. Sitting for hours is just plain unhealthy.
However, I found a solution. For over 10+ years, I replaced all my office chairs for a $15 yoga ball instead. 🤣
Before you laugh, you should give it a shot.
By sitting on a yoga ball, you can work or activate all your core muscles for hours at a time. Did I mention that it also helps with your posture? 💁🏼♂️
I make sure that every 10-15 minutes, I get up and walk around for 5 minutes.
By doing this hack, you are actually working out your whole body all freaking day without realizing it! haha
If you plan to do this, I can guarantee that you’re going to be sore the very next day. Hmmm, maybe you’ll even develop that six pack abs in a few months by doing this. You just never know. 😉
