이제 초복도 지나고 본격적인? 더위가 시작되었네요. 그래서 몸보신겸 삼계탕을 먹고왔어요.
사람 엄청 많죠. 방송 탄 집이라 그런가봅니다.ㅠ

사진이 잘 안보이지만 (사람이 많아서 가까이는 못갔어요) 식당 자랑입니다. 생생정보통에도 나왔고 음식 경연대회에서 해신탕으로 1등을 했다네요. 그 옆엔 능이의 효능

점심시간이라 능이삼계탕을 시켰고요.

밑반찬과 삼계탕이 나왔는데 영계치고 크고 통통했어요.
근데 능이는 국물에만 우러난건지 팽이버섯 고명이 있네요.ㅋ

능이벗섯은 제가 개인적으로 가장 좋아하는 버섯입니다.
매년 가을이면 능이를 찾아 매주 산행을 할 정도로 매니아 입니다.
작년에는 그런데로 조금 수확 했는데, 올해는 어떨지 벌써부터 기대가 됩니다.
