At the close of round 1 @uruiamme initiated a dispute. I honored the dispute. Several good points were made. As soon as I get back from my Cruise we will resolve the dispute and move forward. If you wish to contribute for round 2 you can but I will not power up or add your name to the list until I get back and the dispute is resolved.

How are you planning to power this island? Provide fresh water? Waste facilities? Remove sand flea and rat infestations, which are usually the first requirements when claiming one of these previously unimproved florida islands? These processes costs hundreds of thousands of dollars...

Good progress. I would suggest to only use steemislandinsc account for all information and announcement. And don't start round 2 before registering like you promised in rules. Just my two cents.

Do you still plan to give everyone back exactly what they paid in if you don't buy an island rather than a percentage of the increased funds in proportion to the amount paid in? If so, then why should anybody believe this is nothing more than a 1 year interest free loan? Especially given the recent audit inconsistencies.
