Hello Steemians!
The organizers are very pleased with the outcome of the pre-summit activities so far. With everyone's support, the planned activities activities were almost completed. With pre-summit activities to be nearing at its end, physical preparations and arrangements will then follow.
To gauge the extent of the activity and to determine the number of people who will participate in the event, we decided to have a registration here.
Take note that you will not pay anything to be able to participate. Everything is covered and powered by Steem, except the Steem Summit shirt which will be sold to recover the printing cost. The design will be revealed soon.

Please comment your FULL NAME below if you will be present on April 22, 2018 in ASPACE Cebu. If you want to bring your non-steemian friends, please comment their full names as well.
Why Are We Doing This?
This is for the organizers and core leaders to prepare the necessary adjustments to cater the needs of the crowd. An exact or at least a precise headcount will help in determining the following arrangements:
1. FOOD - Food and drinks will be served during the event. An exact headcount in this registration will help the Food Committee in estimating the amount of food to secure.
2. PHYSICAL ARRANGEMENTS - An exact anticipation of the crowd will help the Physical Committee in securing the fixtures of the venue like tables and chairs, and setting the overall arrangement of the venue.
3. PERSONAL KIT - The number of registered participants will help the Registration Committee in preparing the personal kit to be given. IDs and other needed materials should be enough for everyone.
4. SPEAKERS - This will prepare the speakers on how he should address the crowd. The speaker will be able to fine tune his speech to fit the needs of the crowd.
