My wife and I went for a walk yesterday after work, so I thought I wouldn't be quite as ready to go on my treadmill routine this morning. Turns out I was better than I thought I would be.

That's good that you could get back on the dreadmill. I would have been okay if it had rained, but happy enough to stay dry and I wanted to get out.

We have been having some amazing weather right now, but this weekend it is supposed to finally rain.
