Brinjal Mashed

Hello dear steemit friends, today I am going to show you how to make brinjal mashed at home.

INGREDIENTS

Green brinjal
Chives/nakuppi
Green chillies
Lemon basil
Red onion

METHOD

  1. Boil the brinjal and green chillies till its fully cooked. Let it cool the peel off the skin from the brinjal and set aside.
  2. Crush/blend the cooked green chillies with salt and mash them together with the brinjal.
  3. Garnish it with finely chopped onion,chives and whole lemon basil.
