Good day as i posted yesterday i had purchased some new toys , and since the weather was a litle bit cooler today i decided to challenge myself and the our cat Jinx to make some photos with the new toys.
Today we played with the Godox 40*60cm softbox and the Godox XIIs remote flash controller .
I chose to use the TTL settings for now , i might change that in the future .
The photos are developed to monochrome using darktable -> monochrome -> Ilford Delta 100

1 ) Jinx sitting on her pillow , not looking very happy that i woke her up for some photography.

2 ) I must say i'm happy with the result of the softbox overall , had some starting problems like the transmitter and flash unit had a bad relationship and didn't want to talk to eachother , but after resetting the flash unit all went smooth .

3 ) Jinx didin't seem to mind the flash light as much as she normaly does, she didn't really move away from here pillow nehind the plants.

4 ) I tried to lure the cat from her pillow but she wasn't in the mood to move or to play , it's just one of those days.

5 ) I will try more of this later this week maybe try some product photography or still life .

6 ) She was watching the toy but that was all , looking sneaky behind a leaf, but not willing to leave her pillow.
