상쾌한 아침운동 !!

안녕하세요~ 요즘 열심히 땀흘리는 여자 @sunny97예요!!

운동 6일째!!

몸풀기 워킹15분!
날이 더워지니 이정도만해줘도 땀이 나면서 기구운동을 위한 준비가 되네요~

확실히 땀을 쫙~흘리고 나면 몸의 독소뿐만 아니라 마음의 독소들까지 쏙 빠져나오는 것 같아요!

주말 저녁은 가족과 함께해야하니 토,일은 아침 운동으로 결정! 1주일 잘 해낸 스스로를위해 토닥토닥해주어야겠어요~

작심 1주일되지않게 다음주도 화이팅...ㅎㅎ
스팀잇에 약속하듯 쓰고나면 더 모티베이션이 될거같아 자꾸만 쓰게되네요~

한시간 반정도 마지막은 자전거로 마무리하고나니 개운하기기 이루 말할 수가 없네요~
게다가 오늘은 어제까지 최악을 달리던 미세먼지도 없이 깨끗한 하늘이네요!

이렇게 맑은 하늘 매일 볼 수 있었음 좋겠어요~
미세먼지 걱정없이요~~
