Wow this is some amazing tattoo work. I'm not even sure if it's real is it? Must've taken such a long time if it is and would've hurt like fuck for ages.

There's definitely some Photoshop going on here. Could be a real tattoo, but it's been doctored.

Yeah I agree the more I look at it. The white parts look suss. Still very cool image.
