It's a good habit for us every morning with my sister @georgie84 to prepare a healthy drinks in the morning a mixed of fresh fruits. We started this habit since our mother suffered a painful rheumatism on her knees.

Our ingredients are :
Apple
Banana
Carrots
Beet root
Cucumber
lettuce
We put all the ingredients together in the nutri bullet to turn the fruits into juice.

We find it effective because since my sister @georgie84 started making this for us our mothers pain on her knees became lesser.

This is now the juice ready to drink.
