sıcak pide için kimi zaman iftarı geç açmak bile göze alınır. çoğunlukla ailedeki en küçük fertlerin görevidir pide kuyruğuna girip eve sıcak pideyi yetiştirmek.

sofrada ne varsa pidenin içi açılıp bolca koyulur, erimesi için bekledikten sonra topun atılmasıyla birlikte afiyetle bitirilir. aslında hiçbir şey konulmadan yenildiğinde de, zeytinyağına veya yoğurda banıldığında da çok lezzet verir sımsıcak, mis gibi ramazan pidesi
