This outing, was a new to the girls trip. Sure, they've been in the canoe, but not on this water. I don't think they'll soon forget it either, as we had to avoid cow traffic. Literally, cows. They had a good ol' time, even just paddling on old city lake in Livingston, TN.

Even though I hooked into several decent fish, I couldn't land shit. I've not caught anything on this water in probably five years now. Luna got a good one her first time! And El pulled one in too. Jelly.

It was a nice day with a breeze strong enough to keep us cool, there was even a light rain that graces us from getting too hot. So, we pulled up for a picnic on the bank.

Khaldeesi and Freya didn't catch anything, but they sure tried as hard as I did. They did, however, land a turtle! They played with that thing for a few hours, right up until it was time to go. Daddy loving the company and REMEMBER, there's always a bigger fish.
