It appears that Dtube cannot process non-ASCII text in titles nor descriptions at this time. The originally intended title is:

It's in "Beta" version may b dats why it cannot process . Hopefully in future it will process every kinda text. 🤔🤔 What do you think sir ?

I wouldn't expect Unicode support any time soon. This video explains some of the trouble engineers avoid by keeping projects English-only. Seeing as it took me quite a bit of digging to figure out that the non-ASCII text was what was causing my uploads to fail (the error message was "Error: unknown error"), it is probably prudent of them to hold off on more expansive input options while they work on stabilizing basic functionality.
