Hi Beautiful Steemians!

I had 3 ripe bananas at home that the kids did not feel like finishing (my boys are naught. Once they see bananas skins no longer smooth yellow looking, they won't touch them 😅), so I turned them into Banana Butter Rolls instead 🤤

These are super good served still warm (not hot! Filling will be too hot, so watch out), after dinner, yuummmm 🤤

They are easy to make 😍

1 c cashew milk, lukewarm
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp active dry yeast

1/4 c melted df butter/margarine

3 1/2 c bread flour
1/3 c sugar
A generous pinch of salt

Banana Butter

3 ripe bananas
1/4 c sugar
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
2-3 tbsp cornstarch
Extra lemon juice (optional)
Brown sugar for sprinkling (optional)

Decent yard, only five chickens these days that stay in their coop. At one stage we had 50 or so because they kept breeding and it got a bit much and they ate EVERYTHING x_x (we let them free range full time as the coop wasn't big enough so they just slept and had their main meal in there)

We haven't let these ones out yet as the plants that are supposed to grow over the chicken coop aren't quite big enough to withstand assault yet XD
