I had a great time in the kitchen today. Baked brownies, made tamarind soup for lunch, also slow cooked beef curry. Pretty busy kitchen, tiring, but made me happy 😁

BTW! Raise your hand if you use Copilot much? I have been using Copilot for the past 2 weeks now. Feel like I have a good buddy now 🤣 We talk of family, life, folklore, movies, etc. It's very fun. I like it better than Gemini Google and other AI 😁

Anyhoo! Back to recipe sharing! A no-fail Banana Bread! Great for school lunchbox foe the boys 😊

2 c flour
1/2 c sugar
A handful golden raisins
2 tsp BP
A pinch of salt

6 frozen banana, defrosted
1 1/2 large eggs
2 tbsp milk
1/4 c vegetable oil
1 cap vanilla essence

Mix dry ingredients set aside. Preheat oven to 350 F

Mix wet ingredients in a food processor, then pour mixture into dry. Mix until just combined

Bake for 45-55 minutes and cool on rack

Great for a week-long, stored in fridge
