Maxwell isn't going to incriminate any of the high level co-conspirators, the Clintons will not be arrested or anything like that.
Who knows but if I had to wager on it I would say she probably gets 'disappeared' like Epstein. And here I don't mean killed, I'm not convinced Epstein ever died. I think it's more likely that he was retired as an Intel agent and extracted from his operation - faked suicided.
Maxwell's cover has been blown sky-high so her operations can no longer continue. She'll most likely be convicted of something, go to prison, walk through the prison gates and be allowed to walk straight out the back door. She will be commended by her Intel agency and then be allowed to return to Israel or somewhere else to live out the rest of her days.

I also see her arrested as suspicious as it has taken decades for it to happen. The removal of the attorney for the SDNY Berman by establishment cover-upper William Barr just weeks before her arrest is highly suspicious.

There seems to be no end to disinformation, so I don't simply accept Ghislaine Maxwell was ever outside of the US, or that she purchased the house. Seems more likely to me given her service to covert agencies that she has been under their protection wherever she has been and that they bought the house for her use as part of that protection. Yeah, there is another thing - if anything shows the true nature of the world, before Epstein, it was Weiner's laptop - he just walked Scott free to ride a horse in rehab - and then there is of course like you said NXVIUM - its like a bunch of warlocks and witches control everything. About the FBI - they never used the Mann Act to search Epstein's homes, even though that was what it was setup for - so really I have zero faith on what "evidence" they will collect.
