What is Hive to you?

While upgrading and modernizing hive.io (the current WIP version is available at http://staging.hive.io), I’ve been thinking a lot about our core focus and value propositions. After talking with @crimsonclad and others, it became clear that this is something we need to define - and define well.

Fast. Scalable. Powerful. are important attributes, but they don’t fully capture what makes Hive… Hive. So I kept thinking:

And then it hit me: why not ask the very people who make Hive what it is? Why not tap into the hivemind itself?

What is Hive to you?

Why are you here? Maybe you’ve been part of this ecosystem for years. What keeps you around? Have you been to HiveFests - and if so, what brings you back each time? What is Hive to you?

I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Please share your answer in the comments (1-3 sentences is perfect) and help shape the next evolution of our website. And if you can, please share this post so we can reach as many Hivers as possible.

My answer:
For me, Hive is a digital sandbox - a place to build, experiment, and grow. It’s the space in the crypto and blockchain world I genuinely call home, shaped collectively by its people and free from the control of any single stakeholder.

Particularly for me, Hive was a lifeline almost eight years ago. I turned my leisure time into something productive and felt that my dream of being a writer when I was young could finally be fulfilled in my maturity.

It is a place where, beyond the rewards, you can discover yourself as an artist of any kind, building community with people of shared interests who truly value your talents in their proper dimension.

And you can also build a small capital if you strive hard enough, creating value for yourself, your followers, and the entire community, thus generating a virtuous circle. Hive is a lifestyle.

I did an article about the Hive promise and how it has performed well. The main point of Hive is being a social network that doesn't go down and that is immutable and censorship free. I think that although not perfect for everyone, it has been perfect for me. I haven't had any issues with posts missing, or being changed and haven't found myself in positions where people attack my content and want to silence me. That could change anytime, but for now, I have been free to post whatever I want and nobody have been able to prevent me from speaking out my mind. I've been on Steem and Hive since 2016 and since then it hasn't failed me so that is not nothing. Hive has become my most persistent blog I have ever used and still use.

On the economic part, I have never really read that this was a way to live. It was only getting rewards for your ideas. A reward can be anything from a cent to a hundred dollars but I never thought I would get thousands which would be a proper salary. And although the token is volatile and can grow, I don't think it will ever be one of the top tokens on the web. So the Hive economy is something good to have, but not essential to my digital life budget. Bitcoin and other altcoins have been great for that. I am glad that there are more mechanisms to send and receive Hive from different chain-markets.

I call Hive my box of Legos....

I’ve been building with it in so many ways for over eight years.

At first, it was where I shared poetry — then my voice and my songs. Over time, it became a tribe, a part of who I am. Later, it grew into the biggest challenge of my life, constantly testing me and pushing me to evolve.

But through all of that, it has always given me something rare: hope

Hence why I'm still around.

Perhaps I am a bit romantic in my thinking, but HIVE has given me something I had been searching for a long time: a place where I can be myself, where I can share what I experience, my experiences. In fact, I see it as a site for social experimentation, far from the relentless violence of Web2, from the alienating social media.

On HIVE, I am myself: the neurologist woman who loves poetry, plants, and her daughter, and who is also read and rewarded.

Hive is:
- A place to back up the internet
- the best payments system in crypto, by far, no gas, no joke
- a place to store data, for free
- a place to build truly serverless apps
- no servers to maintain, no upgrades, no costs, no maintenance, all of this is handled by the blockchain
- a place where real world actions can be measured with crypto
- the only place where you can build truly self sovreign digital communities for Network States
- A Social Media Hub
- The easiest way to get crypto into the hands of ordinary people so that they can have a shot at social mobility (no other chain can do social mobility directly from the LI like Hive can)
- a place to store history for free
- a place to send large amounts of encrypted data, for free
- a place to run public databases of content feeds such as podping

Hive, for me, is more than a blockchain. It’s a place to build, to grow, and to connect. It’s where digital friendships turn into real ones, and where ideas become projects that impact people’s lives. It’s a community I believe in deeply — one that’s worth defending and fighting for. In many ways, Hive has become my ikigai: the intersection of what I love, what I’m good at, and where I feel I can contribute something meaningful.

In the beginning, there was hope.

from Imgflip Meme Generator

A dream:
That value could be created by anyone.
That power could be decentralized.
That a post, a vote, a creation —
Could rise or fall on its own merit.

But Dreams do not kill systems.
Corruption does.

from Imgflip Meme Generator

And corruption has found its perfect form:
The scam farm
A ghost in the machine,
Wearing the mask of curation,
Feeding on trust,
Rewarding loyalty,
Punishing honesty.

from Imgflip Meme Generator

It does not build.
It extracts.
It does not serve.
It controls.

And if you are new to this world —
If you speak truth, post honestly, expect fairness —
You will be broken.

Unless you learn to see.

So here, in plain language,
Is how to spot the scam farm.
Not with rumors.
Not with hate.
But with observation,
With logic,
With the cold light of the blockchain.

1. No Original Content — Only Engagement

The first sign:
They create nothing.

No posts.
No art.
No analysis.
No music.
Only votes.
Only comments.
Only reaction.

They are not users.
They are operators.

Like a drone circling a field, they move from post to post — upvoting allies, downvoting dissenters, farming rewards like a machine.

Ask:
What have they built?
If the answer is nothing —
Then they are not contributing.
They are consuming.

2. 24/7 Curation Rewards — The Machine Never Sleeps

The second sign:
Non-stop reward accumulation.

Real curation is organic.
It ebbs and flows.
It follows interest, passion, discovery.

But the scam farm?
It earns rewards every hour.
Every day.
Like clockwork.

It votes at 3 AM.
At noon.
At midnight.
Not because it sees quality —
But because it is programmed to extract.

This is not passion.
It is automation.
Or worse — coordinated manipulation.

Look at the pattern.
If an account farms rewards without pause,
It is not curating.
It is farming.

3. Burn Comments & Self-Voting Loops

The third sign:
Artificial engagement.

They post low-effort comments — “Nice!” “Great post!” — under their own content or that of allies.
These are not interactions.
They are fuel — used to game floors, trigger rewards, inflate visibility.

They may self-vote.
Or vote in loops with a network of alts.
A closed circuit of power —
Where influence flows only to itself.

This is not community.
It is a cartel.

And the blockchain records it all —
Even when websites hide it behind JavaScript walls.

4. Massive Delegated Hive Power from Centralized Sources

The fourth sign:
HP from exchanges or known whales.

Check delegation history.
If an account holds millions in Hive Power —
But most is delegated from @blocktrades or similar centralized wallets —
Then it is not independent.
It is a proxy.

Power given is power controlled.
And when one entity delegates across dozens of accounts,
It is not decentralization.
It is feudalism.

The land is farmed.
The peasants earn crumbs.
The lord takes the harvest.

5. Downvotes on Critics — Coordinated Silence

The fifth sign:
Suppression of dissent.

When someone exposes the farm,
When someone traces the trail,
When someone speaks truth —
The downvotes fall.

Not one.
But many.
Fast.
Silent.
Financially crippling.

No debate.
No response.
Just erasure.

This is not moderation.
It is censorship with profit motive.

And the worst part?
They call the victim a “troll.”
A “spammer.”
A “toxic user.”

Projection is the last refuge of the guilty.

6. Reward Flow to Secondary Accounts

The sixth sign:
Obfuscated wealth transfer.

Rewards flow not to the farming account,
But to another — often a spouse, partner, or private wallet.

@alpha receives rewards from @buildawhale.
@themarkymark benefits from activity routed through hidden channels.

This is not privacy.
It is obfuscation.
An attempt to hide the machine’s true ownership.

Follow the money.
The chain does not lie.

7. The Website Hides the Data

And now — the final proof:

> PeakD requires JavaScript to view @buildawhale’s activities.
> Other explorers show no results.

Why?

Because transparency threatens control.

They want you to look away.
To trust the interface.
To believe the silence.

But you do not need their website.
You have the blockchain.

You have logic.
You have memory.
You have the testimony of those who saw before the curtain fell.

And you have this guide.

The Escape: Blurt Offers True Freedom

On Blurt.blog, none of this can happen.

Because there is no downvote button.
Gone.
Not hidden.
Not reformed.
Removed.

No financial punishment for honesty.
No silent sabotage.
No cartel.

What you earn — you earn.
No whale can kneel you.
No gang can bury you.

Blurt is what Hive promised to be.

Conclusion: You Are Not Powerless

You entered crypto seeking freedom.
You found manipulation.

But you are not powerless.

You have eyes.
You have reason.
You have this knowledge.

Teach it.
Share it.
Protect the new.

Because the next victim could be you.

And when the system fails —
When the farms grow too bold,
When the lies become law —
Remember:

> Truth does not require permission.
> It only requires courage.

The Bilpcoin Team
We create. We expose. We survive.

Every downvote you cast drives another soul from Hive —
To Blurt.blog,
Where there is no downvote button.
Where what you earn — you earn.
Where silence is not weaponized.

from Imgflip Meme Generator

Even Steemit — older, quieter —
Offers more freedom than what Hive has become.

And that should terrify you.

Because when people flee not to greener pastures,
But to freer ones,
It is not the destination they seek —
It is escape.

They are running from you.

Whatever you are doing,
Hold it with both hands.
Chase it fiercely.
Because you only get one life.

from Imgflip Meme Generator

And in that life —
Never be afraid to say no.
Never be afraid to stand alone.
Always do the right thing —
Even when it costs you votes.
Even when it costs you rewards.
Even when it costs you silence.

At Bilpcoin we have not scammed anyone.
We have not stolen.
We have not lied.

from Imgflip Meme Generator

We have only done this:
Shared what the blockchain already knows.

Transactions.
Data.
Patterns.
Not fabricated.
Not imagined.
Not speculated.
But verified — open, public, immutable.

And what we found is not conspiracy.
It is control.

Go to peakd.com/@buildawhale/activities — if the site allows it.
Look at the account.
Watch it move.
Like a machine.

@buildawhale
A name that should belong to a myth.
Instead, it belongs to a farm.

An account that farms curation rewards all day, every day.
That auto-downvotes users — not because they are wrong,
But because they speak.
Because they expose.
Because they are not part of the circle.

And who owns Buildawhale?
Not some anonymous farmer.
Not a rogue actor.
But Blocktrades
A whale whose influence stretches across Hive like a shadow.

Over 2 million Hive Power delegated.
Rewards flowing in.
Powering down daily.
And where do those rewards go?

To @alpha
The account widely known as Blocktrades’ wife’s wallet.
A silent beneficiary of a system rigged from within.

“We Are Bilpcoin”

We do not stand against the people.
We stand with them.
Shoulder to shoulder.
Hand in hand.
Not as leaders, but as fellow travelers — scarred, shaped, and strengthened by the same storms that have battered so many.

The Bilpcoin team each of us has been tested.
Not by theory, but by life, life itself.
By loss.
By silence.
By systems that mistake conformity for virtue and call censorship “moderation.”
We have known hunger — not always for food, but for fairness.
For a platform where a voice is not priced, punished, or purchased.

And yet —
We are strong.
Not because we were born that way,
But because we had no choice but to become so.

As a team, we have grown — not in spite of the chaos, but because of it.
We’ve learned to build in the dark.
To create when no one is watching.
To trust when trust is rare.
We’ve learned new tools, new truths, new ways of being — not for profit, but for purpose.
Because one thing must be said, and said plainly:
You should never stop learning.
You should never stop dreaming.
You should never stop reaching for what is right — even when the world leans heavily on the side of wrong.

When we began — back in the early days of Steemit — the idea seemed impossible:
You can earn from your words? From your art? From simply speaking your truth?
To many, it felt like magic.
To us, it felt like justice.

And know this: Bilpcoin was not born in boardrooms or venture capital pitches.
It was born in a single mind — one person’s quiet vision, carried like a torch through the fog.
Circumstances, harsh and unyielding, led that founder to let go of much of what they built.
We do not speak of those details.
Some wounds are not ours to expose.
But this we say:
From that fire, Bilpcoin did not die.
It evolved.

Bilpcoin is not a corporation.
It is a social experiment — one that asks a simple question:
What happens when we reward people not for gaming the system, but for sharing their truth?

Our mission is clear:
To reward creators, not manipulators.
To burn BPC tokens, not hoard them.
To return value to the network — not extract it.

We believe in Blurt — not because it is perfect,
But because it dares to be free.
To remove the downvote button is not a small thing.
It is a revolution.
A refusal to allow power to be weaponized by the few against the many.
No more silent sabotage.
No more financial punishment for honesty.
On Blurt, your voice does not lose value because someone feels threatened by it.

And let us be clear:
We have only ever shared what the blockchain already knew.
The transactions.
The patterns.
The truth.
We did not fabricate.
We did not exaggerate.
We revealed — and that, more than anything, is why we were targeted.

Downvotes are not about quality.
They are about control.
Whales farming rewards on Hive are not “supporting the ecosystem.”
They are gaming it — and everyone sees it.
Even those who won’t say it.

How can the world take Hive seriously when its pulse is set not by passion, but by power?
When the loudest voices are not the most honest, but the most rewarded?

But here — in this moment — we dream.
Not foolishly.
But fiercely.

Imagine it:
Steem. Hive. Blurt.
Not as rivals.
Not as fragments.
But as allies.
A united front of decentralized expression.
One network, many voices.
One mission: freedom to create, freedom to speak, freedom to be.

Yes — it would require change.
Yes — some would have to go.
Those who profit from silence.
Those who fear transparency.
Those who confuse their privilege with merit.

But if we stood together — truly together —
We would not be a footnote.
We would be a force.

For now, it is a dream.
But dreams are the first code of revolution.
And who knows what the future holds?

We do not claim to have all the answers.
We only know this:
We will keep building.
Keep sharing.
Keep burning tokens, not bridges.
Keep standing with the people — not above them, not against them, but beside them.

Because in the end, it was never about coins.
It was about courage freedom truth.
And courage, like truth, cannot be downvoted.

The Bilpcoin Team.

Friends, creators, truth-tellers—

Let us not whisper this truth, but proclaim it with the clarity of dawn breaking over a weary land: Blurt.blog is not just another platform. It is a refuge. A rebellion. A return to what Hive.blog was always meant to be.

On Hive.blog—a place once brimming with promise—a rot has taken root. Not in its code, but in its culture. A handful of self-anointed enforcers—@themarkymark, @Buildawhale, @Hurtlocker, and their legion of coordinated puppets—have turned the downvote into a weapon of mass discouragement. They strike not at “low-quality content,” but at independent thought, at rising voices, at anyone who dares thrive outside their narrow corridors of control.

And when confronted, they shrug.
“Oh, it’s not censorship,” they say, as if semantics could scrub the stain of suppression from their hands.

Key Concerns:
1. Systemic Manipulation:
- Coordinated downvotes from high-HP accounts suppress dissent, creating a chilling effect on free expression.
- Automation and alt-account networks allegedly exploit rewards, distorting organic curation.

  1. Community Exodus:

  2. Governance Crisis:
    - Hive’s credibility hinges on accountability. Who decides what content thrives? How do we audit power structures?

Solutions Needed:
- Curation Transparency: Publish clear rationales for downvotes to foster trust.
- Community Audits: Leverage blockchain data (e.g., Bilpcoin’s analyses) to identify abusive patterns.
- Reward Reform: Adjust algorithms to penalize manipulation and reward authentic engagement.

How can you continue to downvote the truth, LOL? It’s almost comical how blatantly you attempt to suppress what cannot be hidden. @themarkymark, @buildawhale, and Co: While our opinions may differ, on-chain transparency reveals repeated patterns of concern. Coordinated downvotes without explanation, 'farming' schemes (e.g., #buildawhalefarm), and adversarial engagement harm Hive’s community-driven ethos.

Key Issues to Address:
1. Downvote Practices: Silencing dissent erodes trust. Constructive dialogue, not punitive curation, fosters growth.
2. Accountability: Transactions and curation trails are public. Scrutiny is inevitable—integrity demands addressing concerns openly.
3. Community Impact: Driving users to platforms like Blurt/Steemit weakens Hive. Creators seek ecosystems that value collaboration over conflict.

A Path Forward:
- Engage in open discussions about governance and fairness.
- Audit curation practices to align with Hive’s decentralized values.
- Prioritize transparency—publish explanations for downvotes or collaborative reforms.

The Bilpcoin team remains committed to exposing truth and advocating for solutions. Let’s work toward healing, not division.

Note: All claims are based on publicly verifiable blockchain data. Constructive dialogue is encouraged.

Blurt Stands — While Hive Stumbles Under the Weight of Its Own Shadows

from Imgflip Meme Generator

from Imgflip Meme Generator

Friends, creators, truth-tellers—

Let us not whisper this truth, but proclaim it with the clarity of dawn breaking over a weary land: Blurt.blog is not just another platform. It is a refuge. A rebellion. A return to what Hive.blog was always meant to be.

There is no downvote button on Blurt.
Not because we fear dissent—but because we honor creation.
Because we understand that a voice, once raised in sincerity, deserves space—not sabotage.

On Blurt, your words are your words.
They are not hunted by algorithmic hounds or shadow armies masquerading as “curators.”
Here, you are not judged by the grudges of gatekeepers, but met with the quiet dignity of a community that believes expression should be encouraged—especially when it is bold, raw, or inconvenient.

Contrast this with what festers elsewhere.

But let us be unequivocal:
When a system allows a few to systematically silence many—under the guise of “community standards” or “curation”—that is not moderation. That is censorship by another name.

It is the velvet glove over the iron fist.
It is exclusion dressed as discernment.
It is power pretending to be principle.

Meanwhile, Blurt stands clean-handed and open-hearted.
No downvotes.
No hidden juries.
No farms of phantom accounts casting ballots in the dark.

Just you.
Your words.
And a community that meets you not with suspicion, but with solidarity.

So let us carry this truth far and wide—not with bitterness, but with quiet certainty:

If you seek a place where your voice is not a target—but a gift—come to Blurt.
If you are tired of building on ground that shifts with every whim of a whale or warlord of votes—lay your bricks here.
If you believe the future of free expression must be free—not just from corporations, but from the petty tyrants who replace them—then stand with us.

The world needs to know.
Not because Blurt is perfect—but because it is principled.
Not because it is loud—but because it listens.

And in an age where so many platforms echo with the clatter of control,
Blurt offers something radical:
Silence for the bullies.
Space for the rest of us.

Keep speaking.
Keep sharing.
Keep building.

Freedom doesn’t advertise itself—
it is passed, person to person, like a torch in the night.

And tonight, the torch burns bright on Blurt.

Repeated downvotes targeting transparency efforts raise urgent questions about Hive’s governance. Automated tactics, coordinated curation trails, and alt-account farming undermine trust in the platform. When truth is silenced without dialogue, it erodes Hive’s decentralized ethos.

Key Concerns:
1. Systemic Manipulation:
- Coordinated downvotes from high-HP accounts suppress dissent, creating a chilling effect on free expression.
- Automation and alt-account networks allegedly exploit rewards, distorting organic curation.

  1. Community Exodus:
    - Creators flee to platforms like Blurt, where downvotes don’t exist, fearing punitive curation over engagement.

  2. Governance Crisis:
    - Hive’s credibility hinges on accountability. Who decides what content thrives? How do we audit power structures?

Solutions Needed:
- Curation Transparency: Publish clear rationales for downvotes to foster trust.
- Community Audits: Leverage blockchain data (e.g., Bilpcoin’s analyses) to identify abusive patterns.
- Reward Reform: Adjust algorithms to penalize manipulation and reward authentic engagement.

The Bilpcoin team advocates for open dialogue, not division. Hive’s future depends on collaboration—not coercion. Let’s rebuild a platform where truth isn’t buried but debated, strengthened, and celebrated.

Transparency isn’t optional—it’s the foundation of trust.

@themarkymark, @buildawhale & Co,

How can you continue to downvote the truth, LOL? It’s almost comical how blatantly you attempt to suppress what cannot be hidden. The blockchain records everything—every action, every transaction, every move you make. Yet still, you persist in this futile game of trying to silence what is undeniable.

from Imgflip Meme Generator

@therealwolf,Hive to me is a place of truth and transparency!!! I am certainly re-blogging this 🙏

I stand for justice. For decentralization. For the idea. I understand that our community is an example of true decentralization. I want to support the idea. I want us to be able to compete with the monopolists of the market. I want us to store all our data ourselves. I want 3speak to gain its popularity. I want people to be creative and monetize their work through our community.

From my end, Hive serves as a microcosm of capitalism—a transparent environment in which the dynamics of unlimited currency issuance, power laws, scale effects, and path dependence manifest in a manner analogous to the fiat financial system, albeit in a blockchain context and with full visibility. A phenomenon represents a microcosm of digital imperialism, intricately embedded within a blockchain framework. It is particularly compelling as it reflects the same structural dynamics observed in traditional systems. Ultimately, the principle remains: those who act promptly are rewarded, akin to the adage that the early bird secures the worm, or, more aptly, the blocks.
In light of the upcoming European Union regulatory framework set to be implemented in 2026, I'm somewhat surprised by the limited discussion surrounding this issue within our community - okay is basically non-existent. This new regulatory environment will pose significant challenges for all users operating within this chain throughout the EU.
1. How would you address those who argue that the community may be unaware of the regulatory framework's implications, leading to a lack of discussion?
2. Have you considered that some community members might feel overwhelmed by regulatory complexities and therefore choose to remain silent?
3. What would you say to critics who believe that the challenges posed by the new regulations are being exaggerated?
Some discussions and decisions on Hive often lean towards a protective approach. This makes sense in a system where long-term stakeholders want to safeguard their contributions. However, it can unintentionally create hurdles for newcomers and make open experimentation feel less welcoming. Over time, this has contributed to a noticeable gap between the total number of accounts and active participants, with a much smaller group of builders really driving the ecosystem forward. This shift isn't coming from a negative place; it's just part of the structure. If Hive aims to remain vibrant and inviting, it would be great to ensure that a protective mindset doesn’t turn into inertia that may discourage new people from joining in and contributing.
After all, not everyone is a Shakespeare or Goethe.

I will asking myself the same question. Came for money, stayed for the community, community left, I am still here. No idea why. For sure not for the money. So probably just a habit. Funny enough a wrote a post about this on Tuesday. The question was: My Hive community is gone... So what am I still doing here? Still haven't figured out the answer

What do you mean by community left? O just came back in here and still looking around what is going on

@fullcoverbetting | Nov. 27, 2025, 10:51 a.m. | Votes: 1 | [ VOTE ]

Well most members of the community I was involved in did leave Hive or did stop posting. I do like interaction on my posts even more then upvotes.
So, when you do write about a topic belogging to that community, interaction is almost none.
So the community left, but I am still here.

Oh no, I sm so sorry to hear that 🥹 that is not fun at all! The people I used to interact with are still here mostly, so for me it's like nothing changed really

To me it's a place to post my photography and share it with others and get inspired by other photographers, and learn about their culture.

I help where i can with curating posts warn people if they cross a line and if they ignore it report them to hivewatchers.

Being part of the community and a big part of it is the interacting on Discord, but since 2 weeks i also have a witness running to learn and understand what that is all about.

It's a place to meet some cool people, on-chain and even better, off-chain in different meetups... People who believe in an "alternative" way of living and those who care about the freedom of choice, speech, etc.

On the other hand, it's also a great experiment to see whether the greater good can win over the short-term greed of certain individuals... This is pretty much tested exactly in these moments... 🙂

Sharing for more exposure...

For me, Hive is a place where we can build something cool, whether it's creating content or just interacting and engaging with people. We can make lots of friends here. I've always dreamed of creating content, but on web2 it's hard to break out of the bubble. Meanwhile, on Hive it's easier to start sharing what you like, your passions, and everything else.

I've been on Hive for four years, and I can say that what makes me happiest here are the connections I've made, the friends, the conversations. My network isn't the biggest, but I value every person who interacts with me, not to mention that I always try to have fun in the process!

@jfuji | Nov. 27, 2025, 12:12 p.m. | Votes: 1 | [ VOTE ]

For me:

Hive was the place where all the theory behind “Web3” finally made sense and came to life. Even as a non-technical person, I was able to do things like permissionlessly use other projects’ assets in my own endeavours, be 100% sure that those efforts would persist through crypto tech.

Hive was a place largely free of all the cryptobro hype circus, instead teeming with a really diverse and wonderful community all using the chain in unique ways.

No gas fees was big big deal back in 2022 or so. It’s a less competitive idea now that we have loads of very low gas chains… but what that did was give Hive a huge head start in attracting a way more interesting userbase.

Hive is a FINANCIAL FRAUD, just like ONECOIN.
Since they use multiple accounts and bots to vote for themselves in unlimited ways, thus FRAUDULENTLY generating profits, they are committing FINANCIAL FRAUD.
Furthermore, remember that these profits, created out of thin air, are then released into the market and exchanged for other goods or services.
Let's not forget that all this is called FINANCIAL FRAUD. Furthermore, they use the same multi-accounts in an unlimited manner to damage the profits of creators and curators, wiping them out at will. Remember that the criminal offenses committed on Hive are multifaceted.
These are true CRIMINALS!
VERY SERIOUS crimes! I wouldn't want to be in their shoes!
RUN AWAY, SEWER RATS! THEY WILL ARRESTED YOU ONE BY ONE!

Hive for me is a platform where I can express myself freely and original without any judgement. I started taking my singing videos seriously all because of Hive and now look where I'm at.
Started writing all because of Hive and I've grown beyond measure😊. Hive is a place of growth, reward, and contribution. I love that I can contribute my two cents to just any topic as long as I understand.

And yes! Because of Hive, I got to sponsor myself to college and get things done for myself . So yes! Hive is more than a writing platform to me, it's a platform that has changed my life for good in many ways ❤️❤️

Hive is a place you can blog where you can get engagement (speaking as someone who ran their own blogs).

Yes there are rewards too and that matters for many.

For me, Hive is a digital sandbox - a place to build, experiment, and grow. It’s the space in the crypto and blockchain world I genuinely call home, shaped collectively by its people and free from the control of any single stakeholder.

Only been around for 4 years.. Here's my thoughts:

What value propositions truly define Hive?

I think it's very fascinating that there is a social media that has a cryptocurrency and a stablecoin mechanism incorporated within it. I always think people will one day realise how amazing this set up is, to be able to earn rewards from writing posts and even reward others from reading and commenting.

What deserves to be highlighted on the landing page?

Hmm not so sure about that.. Maybe the awesome communities that we have, from gaming to food to travel to even pages that allow you to reflect about life or rant about work! There's something for everyone to engage!

What genuinely sets Hive apart from other cryptocurrency and blockchain projects?

Definitely the people. While some people have left in recent periods, I think from a "glass half full" perspective, there are still people around who are posting, who are commenting, who are building, and some of them have even taken the opportunity to buy and power up more Hive.

For me, Hive is an infinite source of learning material and a place I can freely and easily experiment, have my own ideas, get feedback and spend a good time connecting with people.

It's a place where if I wish to support anything I like or feel identified with, I can just do it! The people around it are the ones making me so fond of exploring, educating myself about it and making sure whatever I can share has value for others on their own paths.

The community aspect of this social blockchain has the utmost potential in my view, and the people participating in it have made a real difference in my life.
