This is the weekly activity report for the 3Speak decentralized encoding network. The report covers encoder node activity, aggregated output per Hive account, and reward distribution based on work completed during the week.

This week, 246 encoding jobs were processed across 7 nodes operated by 6 Hive accounts. After five consecutive weeks of 100% success across the board, one node dipped to 96%.

• @eddie-3speak leads the week with 50 jobs — its highest output to date — though with a 96% success rate, ending the five-week streak of perfect reliability across all nodes.
• Only 6 accounts were active this week, down from the usual 8. @rishi556.lambo and @thorkellnft had no active nodes.
• @ph1102 operated a single node this week (ph1102-mac-node was inactive) but still contributed 45 jobs.
• @sagarkothari88 scaled down to 2 nodes with 25 total jobs, compared to 40 last week.
• Despite fewer active participants, total volume increased slightly from 233 (Week 18) to 246.
