A sunny weekend.
A weekend with no plans to go anywhere and no appointments with friends. This afternoon I relaxed and ran as usual. Since it was Saturday, the jogging track was naturally busy. Groups of children strolling leisurely, teenagers and their partners, and families joking and laughing. It was a joy to see the warm scenery along the jogging track.
Me? Of course, I ran alone. I hadn't seen my other running buddies, like Vivi, in a while. Besides the fact that we live quite far apart, our work schedules have also made it increasingly difficult to meet up. We've also been missing running together.
Earlier, I ran five kilometers with a total time of 37:33 minutes and an average pace of 7:22 per kilometer. It's so me, isn't it? Always five kilometers and the same pace.
Sometimes, I even rethink my desire to run a Half Marathon, for example. But somehow, there seem to be so many excuses that allow me to be lazy about upgrading my running. I should be planning on going back, right?
Besides running, of course I brought my own running gear. A black hoodie, a brightly colored dry-fit jersey with HIVE RUN written on it, boosting my enthusiasm. It was as if I wanted to show off to everyone, "Hey! Isn't my jersey cool?!" LoL.
While walking home after cooling down, I took a photo of a large tree whose leaves had all but disappeared. I don't know why. We don't have autumn, though. Haha. Maybe it was the strong winds or the rainstorm. The winds can be really strong here.
