I dropped by SHIBUYA STREAM , Tokyo's new landmark at Shibuya South district.
投稿ができなかったのでしばらく空いてしま空いてしまったのですが、
9月6日、先月オープンした渋谷ストリームにふらっと寄ってみました。

Its entrance connects directly from underground of labyrinth where each train line of Shibuya station is connected.
渋谷駅の各路線が繋がる迷宮の地下から直結する、開放感あるエントランス。
欅坂46のビデオではまだ何もない工事現場だったのが、こうなったのかー。

めっちゃくさい！
It is so stinky!

理由は、敷地に沿って基本的にどぶ川な渋谷川があり、その水がにおっているからでした。
川沿いにテラス席などもある開放的な店構えの飲食店が並んで入っています。
オリンピックまでには綺麗になるのかな？
The ground floor has a path along Shibuya River, which dried up ditch water..
Visitors can enjoy a walk along the river and eat a variety of foods from the shop along the stream.
I wonder the river water will be clear water by 2020 Tokyo olympic games?

建物内も、渋谷川の流れを活かした構造と仕掛けです。
だから「ストリーム」だったのですね！
建築の見た目とどぶ臭さとのギャップが、なんだか渋谷らしくていいなと思いました。
The inside of the building has also a structure and tricks that make use of the flow of Shibuya River.
That's why it named "Shibuya Stream"!
I feel this building project is cool and awesome as the gap between the appearance of the building and the ditch smell could somehow expresses real-Shibuya.

風も強く流れ、冬は結構寒くなりそうですが、
曲線が活かされ、お洒落かつ親近感がある建築デザインです。

ここ数年で都内で新築されている建物の中では珍しく、頭になんとなくこびりついてしまうインパクトある外観です。
建築中から、TVでPerfumeの映像などに時々映り、何の建物だろうと気になっていました。
シーラカンスアンドアソシエイツという日本人による建築事務所が担当されたそうです。
This building has an unique and more impact appearance than the new buildings and architectures in the city in the recent years.
From the time of construction, I has been curious what kind of building it is.
This is architected by Coelacanth and Associates , which is Japanese architectural design office.

プレッセというスーパーにイートインスペースがあったので、ひとやすみしました。
コーヒーも100円で提供されており、渋谷南口でちょっと休憩したい際に良さそうです。
There is an eat-in space at the supermarket "Presse".
Coffee is offered at 100 yen and you can charge a battery. It seems to be a good place when you want to take a break at somewhere Shibuya South Exit area.
