Yup BTC fell to about $1966 before coming back up over $2000, now it's about $2076. Just as alarming is the fact that Steem is still below a dollar too. It seems like this will stay about the same until August 1st and then everything will start pumping again - especially BTC, LTC and STEEM!

How do you think they will decide whether or not to split? If I was a consultant for them, I would suggest a more gradual approach to limit panic. They have already established themselves as the main crypto. Businesses even starting to accept it. So why risk their reputation.

Guarantee it doesn't dip below $1800. My guess is that if near-100% BIP 148 blocks are being signaled a week before Aug 1, we're going to be just fine. However, if a hardfork is on its way, then we will probably drop to the $1400 support line.

$2000 is the psychological barrier.
$1800 is the Fib support barrier.
$1400 is the next support barrier.
