Good afternoon / evening steemians!

I want to share with you this fried pickle recipe, that’s not really fried!

Start by putting the following into bowls:

Flour
Beaten eggs
Panko, Italian seasoned bread crumbs, shriracha powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper.

Then do the following steps:

Flour, egg, breadcrumb mix & place on tin-foil lined baking sheet

Preheat the oven to 450, and bake for 20 minutes or until crispy!
