Sneezing is a way to remove the irritants inside the throat and the nose. It is natural and involuntary, which is often beyond the control of the person who is sneezing. The person may become more relaxed after sneezing. However, sneezing can be annoying to people nearby.
Sneezing can be noisy and the person may spread germs for failing to cover one’s mouth. Hence, it is necessary to be considerate by covering the mouth and attempting to lower down the noise caused by sneezing.
Beside the above, it is also necessary to be cautious when sneezing. Without precaution, a person may even cause harm to one’s body through sneezing. Two days ago I sneezed loudly and carelessly, and consequently I hurt my back. It was almost like twisting my backbone. Due to the back pain, I couldn’t move my body freely as I used to be. Hence, for the sake of one’s own health, we have to sneeze cautiously.
