it's a gambling game with a fancy UI on top. It is on the Tron network, bitcoin has no use here.

Yes, it's free to create a Tron account. You can download the chrome extension called tronlink and create an account by saving the seed words and private keys. Then, transfer Tron to the public address and you are ready to play.
