SplinterForge.io CRATE Token

SplinterForge.io CRATE Tokens will contain equipment cards that can be used on your heroes in the SplinterForge.io game.

• Each CRATE will contain 5 pieces of equipment
• 1 piece of equipment will be guaranteed RARE or higher
• Can be opened at SplinterForge.io on live launch
• Can be bought/sold on 3rd party markets like Hive-Engine/Tribaldex
• Can be transferred to Hive-Engine/Tribaldex or other players in-game.

Each card has a chance to be a higher rarity based on the following chart.

Leveling and Stats

Each equipment card provides 1 stat (Attack, Ranged, Magic, Speed, Armor, Health) to your hero and has 4 levels. Each level will increase the stat it provides to your hero when equipped. Combine (aka merge) the same equipment cards in the following quantities to level them.

There are 10 equipment items available in CRATEs, each has equal odds of being created.

Distribution & Airdrops

There will be a total of one million CRATEs available. Once they run out, the only way to get them will be from other players or third-party sites.

Pre-sale will be December 5th, 3-4 weeks before the live launch. 200k CRATEs will be available for $3 worth of SPS, SWAP.HIVE, VOUCHER, or 3,000 DEC/FORGE each.

General sale CRATEs will only be available for 3,000 Forgium (FORGE) or 3,000 DEC.

Single Purchase Bulk-bonus tiers are:
- 50 CRATEs (10%)
- 250 CRATEs (15%)
- 1000 CRATEs (20%)

Exclusive Pre-Sale Airdrop

There is an exclusive airdrop available only during the pre-sale.

On launch, anyone who purchased CRATEs during the pre-sale has a 2% chance to receive Nartors Ring, a legendary ring card that starts with 2 empty sockets. Pre-sale buyers are guaranteed 1 drop per 50 CRATEs purchased.

This card is only available via the pre-sale airdrop and will NOT be available in CRATEs.

Additionally, for every 200,000 CRATEs distributed, there will be an additional equipment piece airdropped.

Each CRATE purchased (including bonus CRATEs) counts towards a potential airdrop.
Users have a 2% chance per CRATE purchased to receive an airdrop Nartor's Ring card with the following guaranteed airdrop rates:

Sockets

Equipment may contain up to 4 sockets depending on rarity.

• Commons start with 0 sockets and may add 1 socket total
• Rares start with 0 sockets and may add 2 sockets total
• Epics start with 1 socket and may add 2 more sockets for 3 total
• Legendaries start with 1 socket and may add 3 more sockets for 4 total
• Adding sockets to equipment costs Electrum, an in-game resource that can only be obtained through battle or burning cards.

You may attempt to add a socket to an item without enough Electrum, but if you fail, you will lose your Electrum. Eg. Using 100 Electrum to attempt to add a socket to a rare item would be a 20% chance (100 supplied / 500 required).

Card Destruction

Cards may be burned in 4 different ways:

1 - Burn cards for base value in Forgium (FORGE)
- Common - 10 FORGE
- Rare - 25 FORGE
- Epic - 100 FORGE
- Legendary – 500 FORGE

2 - Burn cards for burn value x10 in Electrum
- Electrum is an in-game only currency used to add sockets to equipment

3 - ReForge cards into a random piece of equipment of higher rarity

Update: new re-forge numbers revised as of 12/05/2023

• 4 common BCX plus 150 Forgium to reforge 1 random RARE card
• 6 rare BCX plus 500 Forgium to reforge 1 random EPIC card
• 8 epic BCX plus 2500 Forgium to reforge 1 random LEGENDARY card
• Leveled equipment can be reforged for their BCX (base card multiplier) value, ie. A max level common has 120 BCX and could be reforged into 30 rares (120 BCX divided by 4 BCX per reforged rare). This would also cost 30x the base Forgium fee.

4 - Combine cards to increase the level as set out in the charts above.

FOIL

Foil versions of cards can only be obtained through ReForging, each reforged card has a 10% chance to become a GOLD FOIL.

Using a hero in battle that has equipped a GOLD FOIL card will grant a tiered bonus based on rarity to FORGE rewards in boss battles.

• Rare GOLD FOIL applies an 8% bonus.
• Epic GOLD FOIL applies a 12% bonus.
• Legendary GOLD FOIL applies a 16% bonus.

GOLD FOIL cards can only combine with other GOLD FOIL cards and have an easier leveling curve.
