The Bible records that we were one time with God at the beginning. Then there was no sin. No one sin against God. Both man and God enjoyed dwelling together. Then sin came. When sin came in, the relationship between God and man was twatted. Because of this incidence, the man who used to spend time with God became to fear God.

From the moment when man lost the fellowship with God through the sin that he had fallen inside, the search for God began. Man has been on this search from every angle of the world. The phenomenon of having so many different religious sects in the world is because of the lack of relationship with God. It is the lost of fellowship with God that breeds all the numerous religions that we are having in the world. In all the various religions that we have, we must understand that there is a true religion.

The Bible lays out for us a clear path to regaining our lost relationship with God. We need religion to return back to God. Thinking that we do not have any need for religion would mean that we will not be reconciled again to God. So religion is good. But let us understand that it is the God which is shown to us in the Bible that is the true God.
