I'm so happy i found this recipe! I'm ashamed how many times I have made this delious Vegan soup since I discovered it a few weeks ago!

What you'll need:
1/2 Block of Firm Tofu
1 Cup Rice Noodles, cooked
1 Tbs Chili Flakes
2 Vegetable Bouillon Cubes
1/2 Cups Scallions
1/2 Cup Mushrooms, optional

I'm thinking of making a mini series of trying favorite celebrity dishes. Any suggestions on what I should try next? It's ok if it's not vegan, I'll try to make it vegan as a callenge.
