¡Hola querida comunidad musical!

Hoy comparto con ustedes mi canción Disney favorita Migajas de pan (Feed the birds)interpretada magistralmente por mi admirada y legendaria Julie Andrew.
Para mí la más conmovedora historia de una humilde ancianita, que sentada sobre los sucios escalones de la Catedral Saint Paul's en Londres vende migas de pan para alimentar amorosamente a las palomas. Debo confesar que aún al escucharla; después de tantos años, no puedo contener tanta emoción.

A principios de los años sesenta, los geniales hermanos Robert y Richard Sherman la compusieron para la banda sonora de la película Mary Poppins ganadora de 5 de las 13 estatuillas a las que optaba en los premios Oscar de 1964, incluyendo el de mejor banda sonora.
Se dice que esta canción era la favorita del propio Walt Disney y frecuentemente, antes de concluir su jornada laboral en los estudios de Burbank, se iba al despacho de los hermanos Sherman y simplemente les decía “toquenla, muchachos”.
