There's this really cool spot somewhere inside my school that offers free wifi. The first time I went there with a course mate, I almost didn't want to leave. Getting something as mere yet pricey as data for free could count as luxury for someone like me, particularly in this present time.

I did not use to worry about the price of data back at home but when I started school, with so much to do with money and the annoying increase in price for data plans that I have noticed do not last well enough, I've had to really cut down on my digital time. I used to just scroll through and watch Facebook reels, but I dare not do that now. These days, I come online just on WhatsApp, mostly to stay in touch with my parents and get class updates. I can't subscribe to my mobile data as I used to, so maybe you can understand why I was so glad to have found that place.

Unfortunately, it's a distance from my lecture halls and from home and so I can't go there often.

I've never owned a wifi. I can count all the number of times that I have used one. And I liked the experience every single time. The speed and strong connection are my favorite reasons why I like it.

In the past, I think the first or second time I got connected to a wifi, I thought about getting one but when I considered the price of getting one(it wasn't expensive but still) and the amount to subscribe, I thought against it. At the time, too, a friend of mine who owned one said it consumed data faster. Since it was just for my phone, I decided to continue with mobile data until I had other gadgets that may require a wifi.

Since I still own only my phone, I'm reliant on my mobile data to stay connected online. Except I was in areas where the network was trashy, my mobile data does the job. Although the increased price of data is a little problem for me and my phone sort of hangs, I somehow still manage through.

I'm just saying that mobile data is what I'm used to and what I've always used, so it's pretty okay by me. Fairly convenient, I could say.

Until next time...BYE!

Maximize your phone with cellular data, so that installing wifi is not really necessary
