This is a project that introduces a decentralized network service provider in the artificial intelligence market. This network is in 3 phases and requires no fees, it provides fast growth to its users. It runs on the NEO block chain and it is fuelled by NEP-5 token. The 3 phases are:

• EFFECT Mechanical Turk
  This is a workforce on great demand. It permits anyone to request or perform tasks that teach and develop AI Algorithm. The mechanical Turk will be an interactive marketplace for tasks that requires human intelligenc. It allows anyone in the world to perform a wide range of tasks and receive fair payment.

• EFFECT Smart Market

This is a decentralized platform where you can offerr and buy AI services. This phase is a natural oogresion of the network. Each Algorithm will have its own wallet to allow for easier and accaptabl transactions.

• EFFECT Power

This phase provides a decentralized computationalplatformthat will run popular deep- learning networks like caffe, MXNET and Tensed flow.

In conclusion,
The effect network will maintain a decentralized exchange with a pool of token to provide liquidity, encourage adoption of the effect network and stabilize network fees.
