How to make black garlic with beer
Have you ever made yourself black garlic at home? Czech Chebbier beer will introduce you how to make simple black garlic with beer and rice cooker.
Black garlic is known as the anti-cancer drug, slows the aging process, reduces blood fat, lowers cholesterol. Not only that, black garlic is very useful in the beauty of the sisters. Black garlic has a high nutritional and bioavailability, easily absorbed.
Materials needed to make black garlic are as follows:
Fresh garlic about 1 kg Beer: 3 cans Baking paper: 1 roll Food wrap 1 roll Rice cooker
Making:
- Fresh garlic to clean dirt, garlic to the plastic. Pour the beer into the blender and mix well. Every 5 minutes to mix garlic once, doing so 6 times the beer will soak faster.
- After the garlic is soaked in beer, remove the garlic on the foil and roll it back up. Put garlic bag wrapped in silver foil on rice cooker. Use a food wrapper wrapped around the lid of the rice cooker to keep the heat. Adjust the kettle to "keep warm". Leave it for 2 weeks.
In the process, you can open the pot to check garlic daily, open the package and close immediately, do not leave more than 5 minutes.
On the second day, the garlic smells like corn, the pot is hot outside
On the third day, garlic starts to soften, smelling more tender
Day 4: Garlic smell sweet, still white, ripen from the inside
Day 5: Garlic starts to change color
Arrived on the 10th, the garlic turned brown, tasted not spicy, not black
Day 14, garlic after harvest black, fragrant, sour, flexible, easy to eat
How to use black garlic:
- Black garlic eat directly, chewing carefully, eat 1 to 3 bulbs a day.
Can also bring black garlic soaked wine: soaked black garlic with wine, preferably pure alcohol-free glutinous rice. Drink at least once a day, 50 ml each time.
