How to give familiar products a new form?
You just need to add textures.

Recipe-five minutes with transglutaminase (meat glue)
This product is available for order in the store

1) clean and cut the shrimp.
2) pour the TGM from the calculation of 1% by weight of the product (1 gr. on 100 gr.)
3) mix thoroughly and place in a vacuum bag.
4) vacuum and level with a rolling pin.
5) sent in the sous vide 55 C / 15 minutes.
6) shrimp paper is ready.
