Street food is always my go-to. Itā€™s delicious, affordable and as local as it could get. While in Paracas, Ica, Peru - This small beach town just about 4 hours from Lima, besides a few local restaurants we love, Peruvian street food is always a ā€˜yes, pleaseā€™

Here are what we had in this Peruvian Food Video
- Chilcano de Pescado
- Chicharon de Pescado (From our favorite local spot in town)
- Fish sandwich
- The Paracasā€™ famous Churros Caliente with dulce de leche
- Raspadillas
- Arroz con Leche y Mazamorra
- Street burgers and hotdogs
- Anticuchos de Corazon ( BBQ Cow's heart)
- Grilled Chicken with potatoes
- Street sandwich for breakfast (Traditional Peruvian Breakfast, indeed!)

Peru Peru! Been such a great journey with all the delicious Peruvian food. This Paracas, a small Peruvian beach town is also pretty chill and full with beautiful nature. Visit when you got a chance! :)

I've tried sheep's heart, I haven't tried cow's though.
I think it should have a similar taste to sheep's heart.

I love yrying different foods. I like offal too like kidney and liver i havnt tried heart yet though. Did it taste as good as i think it does?

I'm part Peruvian and I love anticuchos! I would generally order it as an appetizer before a plate of ceviche. I'll also eat the anticuchos with papa a la huancaina. Its so good!
