My wife really hates eggplant dishes, therefore I've been trying to find a way to make it acceptable to her. Tonight I've finally figured out an eggplant dish that she actually likes: Roast Eggplant.
- Cut an eggplant into 4-5cm pieces and slice those pieces from the middle(but don't slice through completely.)
- Spread some miso on one side and sprinkle some black peppers, then put it into an oven for ~10 mins.
- Add some salmon floss on top of eggplants and another 5 mins in the oven
- At last, sprinkle some chopped coriander and some Tabasco on top, and it's done!
S一直很討厭吃茄子,所以煮出一道能讓她吃下的菜一直是我的目標。終於今天在我亂搞之下做出了她覺得可以接受的菜:烤茄子。
先把茄子切成4-5公分的塊狀,再從中間橫切,但不要切斷。抹一些味噌,灑一些胡椒,拿進烤箱烤10分鐘。拿出來後再擺上一些鮭魚酥,再烤5分鐘。最後再撒上一些香菜及淋上從京都帶回來的紫蘇梅子辣椒醬。因為之前沒有切斷,所以可以直接兩面夾起來吃,有點像吃刈包的感覺。至於味道嘛,不是老王賣瓜,真的還蠻好吃的。😛不同的醬料沒有違和感,口感也不像一般茄子那麼軟嫩,所以S才吃的下。
