一直想减肥,所以早上总是尽可能不吃早餐。可每次还没到中午,肚子就咕咕叫了。
自己每顿饭都吃得很多,可为什么总是这么快饿呢?

就算是很懒不想运动,只靠节食,也不能早上不吃。。要晚上不吃或少吃!不过单靠节食效果不太好啦
