Happy Monday, athletes and advocates of a healthy lifestyle! We’re staying active with this DApp, ACTIFIT, for our physical and mental well-being.
Every time I go for a walk, it’s wonderful to see nature in all its splendor, as well as the sunset, whose magical colors adorn the sky. Today we’re starting a month full of surprises and goals, mainly to stay healthy through exercise and good nutrition.
So, I’m kicking off this month with my walks, which help me relax and sleep better. Plus, it clears my mind of the many problems I’m facing right now, keeping the faith that they’ll be resolved soon. I went on this walk with my partner, since my group of friends—the ones I usually hang out with—are very busy; I already miss them
The weather earlier today was sunny and hot, then a light rain fell and cleared up quickly. When I got home, our pet greeted me—so friendly and playful.
