Sunset in the fields

Yesterday we finally had a sunny day after a long time. So I took my camera in the late afternoon and rode my bike into the wintry fields to photograph the sunset on a flat hill.

You can often see fascinating cloud formations there, drawn into the sky by airplanes.

And yesterday there were some to see again. Together with the setting sun they resulted in a beautiful evening sky.
