Just finishing 52 h water fast preparing for my 3-7 day one this month ............the wonders that happen within are countless............having a Cup of apple cider vinegar .....spoon of raw honey ...and sprinkle of Ceylon cinnamon.
....since 2015 I’ve started the year with a 3-7 day water fast ....... ....side note... I go by a cosmic calendar that starts the year somewhere between the 2-3rd week of january in these times we live.............I’m telling you that if you have never done a full day water fast this would equate to 32 hrs or more as it means waking up with no food and going to sleep wit no food ........it is a must for all...... n ow to leave a beatiiful image from a hike from this summers past , if I recall this would be along the Alberta open country just easy of BC border........(fasting is indeed a mental hike, if you stay the course eventually you arrive upon the mount....ain......spoken about by many prophets,sages, wizards, gypsies, Persian/whirling dervishes.....ect ect.......welll now to prepare a fruit feast for the next hour, but not before I leave you with an ancient chant one can practice daily for 15 mins at a minimum......
