Acceptance brings us deeply into relation with this moment as it is.
Appreciation shifts our attention towards what is good in this moment.

Be Balanced

Being balanced helps us to ride the waves of life and learn gracefully.
Balance is not something we have, rather it is something we are.
It is found in each breath as we walk this path of life.

Cultivate Compassion

Cultivating Compassion is a key to learning gracefully.
In understanding our inherent imperfection, seeing that we are all here learning,
We naturally cultivate compassion for our self and for all.

May we practice acceptance and appreciation, in this and all moments.
May we be balanced in all that we do, finding balance in each breath.
May we continually cultivate compassion, for one and for all.
