好像好久没写帖子了，总想着闲下来再写，然后发现……闲不下来……
从清明节假期后，公司开始展开招聘了，我仿佛进入了无私人时间模式。感觉每天就像个固定程序的机器一样，早上上报完疫情防控情况后就开始整理今天的面试资料，开始面试，向各应聘者通知昨天的面试结果，然后吃饭、午睡，下午接着面试，结束后整理面试数据，筛选简历，通知、发试题，安排面试时间，上报招聘情况……期间不断有应聘者的微信要回复，有各种培训、拓展、人资公司、招聘网站、校企合作、房地产、贷款、保险、美容院的电话……
感觉自己脑子里就是一团浆糊，似乎塞得满满的，又似乎空空的……一条忙得没有任何时间，却还有好多招聘制度、分析报告未写……以前的面试，可以把四五个人聚一块一起面试，一天也就四五次，现在远程面试，同样的话一天得说十几次，一天下来嗓子都哑了，回家后也不想唱歌了……
外行人看招聘无非就是跟人聊个天，没啥辛苦的，但真正做起来就会发现，很多琐琐碎碎的事情就会占了一整天的时间……必须得想办法提高效率才行，要不这个状态得持续到9月……想想，太可怕了……
