Salad "Spring Melody" INGREDIENTS: red sweet pepper - 1 pc.
green sweet pepper - 1 pc.
rice -50 g
tomato - 1 pc.
pickled cucumber - 1 pc.
onion - 1 pc.
green salad,
pepper, salt, sugar, vinegar to taste COOKING METHOD
Boil rice in salted water. Pepper, cucumber tomato and onion cut into strips, mix with chilled rice, salt, pepper, add sugar, vinegar. Arrange on a platter over lettuce leaves.
