Golden Gate Bridge is just so pretty. As a civil engineer, I love to look at it in all angles and distances.

It was built in 1937 and the same era as Empire State building. It also becomes an landmark famous around the world.

I biked all morning crossing the bridge and reached Sausalito. Houses on mountains are very lovely. It is close to the water with pretty views and surrounded by trees.

From Sausalito, I take a ferry to Pier 39 in San Francisco. Those sea lions at Pier 39 have a relaxing life. Well, honestly that's my life goal and attitude : having a relaxing life and enjoy my work. That's also why I am doing postdoc and pursuing professorship.
然后坐渡轮回到三藩的39号码头，看看海狮，懒洋洋的，日子过得好舒服。

There is a small boardwalk region with a small carousel and street performers. It feels comfortable to walk by and enjoy the cheerful crowd.
码头旁边有个小游乐园，游人如织。走过去，虽然没以前那么大的兴趣，但还是感觉很轻切很愉快。

P.S. Recently Norther California fire near Napa Valley makes the sky grey.
PS. 这几天湾区北部的葡萄酒庄Napa郡发生深林大火，导致空气质量不行。整个天都有点灰蒙蒙的。
