荷包花菜就是有荷包蛋和花菜哈😁

今天我的新品首创哟！我不知网上是否有跟我一样的这个创新菜，我没有去搜索查实，反正这是我今天的新品

我只告诉你，荷包蛋和花菜搭一起真的不止好吃喔！

食材也是很简单，可以说是快手菜了～

花菜一颗大约400克，根据自己食量选择就行，几个小米椒根据自己口味爱不爱吃辣，我是用了三个小米椒，鸡蛋三个，大蒜子若干个

首先把花菜用盐水浸泡清洗干净… 把花菜用剪刀✂️剪成小颗，大小随意

小米椒洗净切成小粒，大蒜子拍碎切末…

起锅适量菜油烧高温炼熟… 把三个鸡蛋煎成荷包蛋，两面用锅铲按压煎金黄，熟了用盘子盛起…

然后下入洗干净的花菜和小米椒，还有蒜末一起入锅… 中小火快速翻炒，加入适量盐和生抽继续炒熟… 最后加入荷包蛋翻炒均匀出锅即可～撒上小香葱装盘

花菜翠嫩可口～加了荷包蛋更是锦上添花呀！总之是一道鲜香美味的下饭菜呦！尤其小朋友很喜欢吃😋😋 你喜欢的话不妨试一试～
