Interview တစ္ခု ကိုေကာင္းေကာင္းေျဖနိုင္ဖို့ ဘာေတြျပင္ဆင္ျကမလည္း ?

ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို့္ေတြေျပာျကတယ္ Interview သြားေျဖျကတယ္ဆိုျပီးေတာ့ေပါ့။ တကယ္ေတာ့ Interview ဆိုတာသြားေျဖတာမဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ Interview ဆိုတာဟာ မိမိရဲ႕ ွ Skill, Experience, Education background, နဲ့ Attitude ေတြဟာ တစ္လ ကို ဘယ္ေလာက္တန္ေျကာင္း ေျပာျပျပီး မိမိရဲ႕ အခ်ိန္ေတြကို သြားေရာင္းရတာပါ။

Interview သြားတယ္ဆိုကတည္းက ယခုလက္ရွိထက္ ပိုေကာင္းတဲ့ Opportunities (အခြင့္အေရး) ကိုလိုခ်င္လို႕ပါ။ တစ္ေယာက္နဲ႕ တစ္ေယာက္လိုခ်င္တဲ့ Opportunities ေတြကေတာ့မတူျကပါဘူး။ တခ်ိဳ့က လခ ပိုလိုခ်င္ျကတယ္။ တခ်ို့က Foreign background Company မ်ိဳးသြားခ်င္ျကတယ္။ တခ်ို႕ က Industries ေျပာင္းခ်င္တယ္။ အစရွိသျဖင့္ကြဲျပားျကပါတယ္။

အဲ့လို Opportunities ေတြရဖို့ မိမိအခ်ိန္ေတြကို သြားေရာင္းရတဲ့ Interview မွာ ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႕၀န္ထမ္းေတြအားလံုး Smart က်က်နဲ႕ ကိုလိုခ်င္တဲ့ Opportunities ေတြရနိုင္တဲ့ Company ရဲ့ ပိုင္ရွင္(သို့မဟုတ္) HR Department ကသေဘာက်ေအာင္ မိမိတို႕ရဲ႕အခ်ိန္ေတြကိုသြားေရာင္းနိုင္ဖိဳ႕လိုပါတယ္။

အရင္တစ္ပါတ္ကေတာ့ Interview တစ္ခုကို ဘယ္လိုသြားသင့္ေျကာင္းေျပာျပျပီးပါျပီ။

ဒီတစ္ပါတ္မွာေတာ့ အဲ့ဒီျပသနာကိုေျဖရွင္းနိုင္မယ့္ Post ျဖစ္တဲ့ Interview တစ္ခုကို ေကာင္းေကာင္း ေျဖနိုင္ဖို့ ဘာေတြျပင္ဆင္သြားသင့္ျပီး ဘယ္လိုေတြေျပာဆိုသင့္လည္းဆိုတာ ေျပာျပေပးသြားမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

၁ - ပထမဆံုးအေနနဲ႔ျပင္ဆင္သြားသင့္တာကေတာ့ သင္ဟာ ဒီ Company ကိုဘာလို႕လာေရာက္လုပ္ကိုင္ခ်င္လည္းဆိုတဲ့အခ်က္ပါ။ အားလံုးနီးပါးက လခ ပိုရမွာမို႕လို႕ Interview လာျကေပမယ့္ positive ျဖစ္တဲ့ အခ်က္ကိုပဲေျပာသင့္ပါတယ္။
ဥပမာအေနနဲ႕ Company က ဘယ္လို Industries မို႕လို႕၊ ဒီအလုပ္နဲ႕ပက္သက္ျပီး ဘယ္လိုစိတ္၀င္စားေျကာင္း အစရွိသျဖင့္ေျပာသင့္ပါတယ္။

၂ - Company အေျကာင္း website သို႕မဟုတ္ facebook မွာရွာျပီး Company အေျကာင္းေလ့လာသြားပါ။
Company ကဘာလုပ္တာလည္း၊ ဘယ္ေနရာမွာရွိသလည္း၊ ဘယ္လိုလူေတြဒီမွာလုပ္သလည္း၊ ဘယ္Company ၇ဲ႕ လက္ေအာက္မွာရွိတာလည္း အစရွိသျဖင့္ပါ။

၃ - သင့္ရဲ႕ လုပ္သက္တစ္ေလ်ွာက္အတြက္သင့္ရဲ႕ အားနည္းခ်က္ နွင့္ အားသာခ်က္ ၂ ခ်က္ေလာက္ေတာ့ ျပင္ဆင္သြားသင့္ပါတယ္။
ဥပမာ Civil Engineer ဆိုလွ်င္ Site Foundation ခ်တာကိုအားပိုသာေျကာင္း၊ နွင့္ Renovation (အေဆာက္အဦးျပန္လည္မြန္းမံတည္ေဆာက္ခ်င္း) ကို ပိုအားသာေျကာင္း
Accountant ဆိုလ်ွင္လည္း AP နွင့္ AR တြင္ AP ပိုင္းကိုပိုအားသာေျကာင္း၊
Payroll ဆ္ိုလွင္လည္း ၀န္ထမ္း ၂၀၀ ေလာက္ထိ Payroll တြက္ဖူးေျကာင္းအစရွိသျဖင့္ပါ။

၄ - သင္ဧ။္ Achievement (ေအာင္ျမင္မူ)ေတြကိုျပင္ဆင္သြားပါ။
တခ်ိဳ႕ Company ေတြမွာ achievement award ေပးတာမ်ိဳးေတြရွိပါတယ္။ မရခဲ့ဘူးဆိုလွ်င္လည္း တျခားအေျကာင္းအရာေတြကို ေျပာျပလို႕ရပါတယ္။ ဥပမာ - ရာထူးတိုးဖူးေျကာင္း။ sales target ဘယ္ေလာက္ထိေရာက္ဖူးေျကာင္း။ Project Issues ဘယ္နွစ္ရက္အတြင္း ေျဖရွင္းလိုက္နိုင္ေျကာင္း။ အစရွိသျဖင့္ျပင္ဆင္နိုင္ပါတယ္။

၅ - Interview စျပီဆိုလွ်င္ Interviwer က မင္းအေျကာင္းေျပာပါအုန္းဆိုျပီး ေမးေလ့ရွိျကပါတယ္။
တခ်ိဳ့ေျပာတာေတြက ေတာ္ေတာ္ အဆင္မေျပတဲ့ထဲမွာပါတယ္။ က်ေတာ္ ကဘယ္သူပါ။ ဘယ္ Company မွာ ဘာလုပ္ပါတယ္ အဲ့ဒါပဲျပီးသြားေရာ။ အဲ့ ဒီမွာ Interviewer က တစဆီဆီဲထုတ္ျပီးလိုက္ေမးရေရာ။
တကယ္ျဖစ္သင့္တာက “မင္းအေျကာင္းေျပာပါအုန္း” ဆိုတာနဲ႕ က်ေတာ့္ နာမည္က ဘယ္သူပါ။ ေနာက္ဆံုးလုပ္ခဲ့တဲ့ Company နာမည္ကေတာ့ဘာပါ။ အဲ့ဒီ Company ရဲ႕အဓိက လုပ္ငန္းကေတာ့ဘာပါ။ အဲ့ဒီ Company မွာေတာ့ က်ေတာ္က ဘယ္ရာထူးနဲ႕ ဘယ္နွစ္နွစ္လုပ္ကိုင္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ကြ်န္ေတာ္ အဲ့ Company မွာအဓိကလုပ္ရတဲ့တာ၀န္ကေတာ့ဘာေတြပါ။ လူဘယ္နစ္ေရာက္ကိုအုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ဖူးပါတယ္။ ဘယ္သူ႕ကို report တင္ရပါတယ္။ ကြ်န္ေတ့္ရဲ႕ လုပ္သက္ကေတာ့ စုစုေပါင္း ဘယ္ေလာက္ရွိပါျပီ ဆိုျပီးျဖစ္သင့္ပါတယ္။

က်ိန္းေသေပါက္ သင့္ကို Interview က စိတ္၀င္စားသြားမွာေသခ်ာပါတယ္။
အဲ့ဒီအခါ သူတို႕လုပ္ငန္းအတြကိ လိုအပ္တဲ့အရည္အခ်င္း၊ အေတြ႕အျကံုေတြရွိမရွီ၊ ဆိုတာပဲသူသိခ်င္တာနည္းနည္းေလးေလာက္ပဲ ဆက္ေမးသြားမွာပါ။

၆ - Reason of leaving ( သင္ဘာေျကာင့္ ေနာက္ဆံုးအလုပ္ကေန ထြက္ခဲ့တာလည္း၊ သို့မဟုတ္ ဘာလို႕ အလုပ္ေျပာင္းခ်င္တာလည္း) ဆိုတာကိုျပင္ဆင္သြားပါ။
၇ - ေနာက္ဆံုးအေနနဲ႕ကေတာ့ သင့္ကို Interview က ဘာမ်ားျပန္သိခ်င္ပါသလည္းလို႕ေမးပါလိမ့္မယ္။
သင့္ဘက္က ျပန္ေမးသင့္တာက အလုပ္နဲ႕ ဆိုင္တဲ့ ေမးခြန္းမ်ားကိုပဲျပန္ေမးသင့္ပါတယ္။
ဥပမာ - Company ဧ။္အလုပ္ခ်ိန္၊ Ferry ရွိပါသလား။ ကြ်န္ေတာ့္ကို အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္မည့္သူကဘာရာထူးလည္း။ အစရွိသျဖင့္ေမးခြင့္ရွိပါသည္။

ဒါေတြအားလံုးျပင္ဆင္ထားလ်ွင္ေတာ့ သင္ ဟာ interview တစ္ခုမွာဘယ္ေတာ့မွာ Impression မ Down ေတာ့ဘူးလို႕ ရဲရဲျကီးအာမခံပါတယ္။
