우연히 들른 작은 빵집의 벽에 걸린 미션 스테이트먼트. 흥미로운 건 규모가 아니라 태도다.

큰 회사도 못하는 걸 작은 가게가 하고 있다: ‘무엇을 파는가’보다 ‘왜 하는가’를 먼저 정의하는 일.

‘왜 존재하는가’ 없는 성과주의는 결국 탐욕을 효율이라 부르게 된다.

숫자는 조직을 키울 수 있지만, 철학 없이 키운 조직은 쉽게 흔들린다.

빵 하나를 만들더라도 어떤 마음가짐으로 만드냐에 따라서 맛이 달라진다는 것을 보여주는 문구 네요.
미션과 신조도 커다랗게 써 붙여 놓았다면 보여주기 식의 문구였다고 느껴졌을 텐데, 종이에 인쇄된 글로만 봐도 그 진정성이 느껴지는 것 같습니다.
