INGREDIENTES

5 huevos, una lata de leche condensada, 250 ml de leche líquida, 125 gr de leche en polvo

PROCEDIMIENTO

Llevamos todos los ingredientes a la licuadora: los huevos, la leche líquida, la leche condensada, la leche en polvo y mezclamos muy bien por aproximadamente 3 minutos.

Luego preparamos un caramelo en la quesillera, incorporamos la mezcla y, llevé al horno a 180 grados por 65 minutos; también puedes prepararlo a baño maría

PROCEDURE

Place all the ingredients in a blender: the eggs, milk, condensed milk, and powdered milk, and blend thoroughly for about 3 minutes.

Next, make a caramel in a small saucepan, pour in the mixture, and bake at 180 degrees for 65 minutes; you can also bake it in a water bath.
