Hello, everyone! I hope you are all safe and sound in your end despite the bombings in Iran and other countries;e even when I am in the Philippines worry about what had happened and my anxiety had been bugging me to the point that I get startled by vehicles passing and people shouting out of excitement.

Wars are never easy, I saw some posts of several men fleeing their country despite the cold and fear, kids worn with coats not sure where to go nor countries might accept them. People were stranded in other cities, not being able to flee sounds very pity. I feel sorry for all of them and my prayers are with you.

I know how bombs sound, back in a few years, President Duterte bombed some part of Bukidnon to exterminate an NPA leader who is a terrorist, a rebel on the Philippine government. It was just a single bomb yet high speed jets sounds very close and scary on our roofs, and the bomb, though it was just half tonne shook the ground despite being hundreds of meters away from the bomb site and it was just so scary that I thought of running to keep my kids safe yet I do not know where to go not have any savings to buy safety.

I really feel sorry for everyone especially the kids and praying they be safe and will find shelter soon. What you have been through is not easy and I know how traumatic it is. I do hope that bombings will stop soon and peace will take over once again.

My thoughts are very busy, I constantly pray and I know everyone else too, I hope God will hear and give us our prayers. I'm sorry I could not put to words the majority of my thoughts and worries these days.
