Hola Foodie amigos... Feliz Y Bendecida noche para todos 🌿 deseo que todos se encuentren maravillosamente bien. Volvimos con una Foodie receta y está vez Gluten Free fácil, rápida y deliciosa.
Se trata de un pan, tan suave y delicioso ideal para el desayuno o cena, acompañado de lo que más te guste puede ser pollo, huevo, jamon, queso...
INGREDIENTES:
2 tazas de Harina de Avena
2 huevos
2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
1 cucharadita de Polvo de hornear
1 taza de agua
Pizca de sal
PreparaciĂłn:
Primero en un envase limpio colocamos nuestros ingredientes secos harina de avena + polvo de hornear + sal.

En otro envase colocamos los huevos + aceite de oliva y mezclamos.

A nuestros ingredientes secos agregamos los hĂşmedos y vamos integrando todo, agregamos el agua y seguimos mezclando.

Llevamos la mezcla a un molde yo use uno rectangular y coloque un poco de avena en hojuelas por encima.

Lleve al horno que estaba previamente caliente a 170° durante 30min, verificando con ayuda de un palito.
